Think of a Bridal Assistant as your personal advocate, emotional anchor, and logistics safety net. While a traditional wedding planner focuses on the event (the production, the design, the vendors), a Bridal Assistant focuses on the people (you, your partner, and your immediate VIPs).

We are complimentary to a Wedding Planner, not a replacement.

  • We manage the talent (You): We ensure you are hydrated, fed, calm, and present.

  • The Distinction: While your planner is troubleshooting a power outage with the DJ, we are in the suite steaming your veil, sewing a popped button, handing you a mint, and ensuring you have a moment to breathe before walking down the aisle. We bridge the gap between "perfectly planned" and "perfectly experienced."

    Pre-Ceremony

    • Full Day-Of Timeline Management: We don't just watch the clock; we drive the schedule. We ensure every vendor, family member, and moment aligns with your full timeline for the day.

    • Identifying & Communicating Precious Moments: Ensuring the photographer captures the specific, non-negotiable sentimental shots you want.

    Ceremony

    • The Bridal Prep & Polish: Management of the emergency kit*, organizing photo groupings, and handling car decor*, help managing dress during photographs and event

    • Secure Gift & Memorabilia Handling: We take responsibility for the card box, gifts, identified keepsakes, and signage from the end of the night, ensuring they get to your designated vehicle or safe room.

    • Bride’s Care: We keep your essentials on hand (phone, make-up, comfortable shoes). We can even manage your phone for the day so you're not stressed responding to text messages and calls!

    • Couple’s Care: We ensure you eat! Includes food packaging* for the couple to take home.

    • The "Make It Yours" Flex: Did we miss anything? We want you happy. With this package, you can add one additional small task unique to your needs to ensure your day is perfect (dog walking, hotel check-in, coffee run, forgotten item run, etc.).

    Post-Ceremony

    • Vendor Close-out Management: Handling final tip envelopes, answering last-minute questions, and managing the load-out.

    Pre-Ceremony

    • Expanded Coverage: Assistance with management and execution of one additional event (Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Party, Farewell Brunch, etc.).

    • Full Weekend Timeline Management: We integrate your secondary event into the master schedule, ensuring vendors and VIPs know exactly where to be for both events, not just the wedding day.

    Ceremony

    • Extended Memorabilia Concierge: We take responsibility for the card box, gifts, keepsakes, and signage from both your wedding and your additional event, ensuring they are safely transported to your designated vehicle or safe room each night.

    • Double the "Flex": With the added complexity of a weekend event, we increase the "Make It Yours" Flex to include two additional small tasks unique to your needs (dog walking, hotel check-in, coffee run, forgotten item run, etc.).

    • Emotional Support & Conflict Resolution: Proactive mediation for family dynamics and "drama shielding" to keep stress away from the couple.

    • Travel Itinerary Management: Managing logistics for the couple and VIP guests (hotel blocks, shuttles, arrival times).

    • Budget Management Assistance: Assistance in documenting and reviewing your expenses so you can stay on top of your budget! 

    Ceremony

    Post-Ceremony

    • Wedding Attire Preservation/Handoff: We transport your wedding dress from the venue to your hotel and return any bride/groom rentals within a 20-mile radius of the venue.

    • Unlimited "Flex": Unlimited flexible support throughout your wedding events. If it needs to happen for you to stay calm and present, consider it done.
