  • The Day-Of Detail perfect for the couple who has planned it all but refuses to work on their wedding day. We begin working together 3 months prior to your big day. I am the first to arrive and the last to leave.

    Coverage: All-Day Service (Up to 15 Hours) | Start time determined by the Happy Couple

    Pre-Ceremony

    • Rehearsal Coordination: Professional management of your wedding rehearsal to ensure the wedding party and VIPs understand the flow, timing, and cues before the big day.

    • Full Timeline Command: I don’t just watch the clock; I drive the schedule. I ensure every vendor, family member, and VIP aligns with the master timeline.

    • The "Make It Yours" Flex: One unique task is offered to kick off the day perfectly—whether it’s a coffee run, walking the dog, a hotel check-in, or a last-minute forgotten item run.

    • DIY Set-Up Lead: You create the vision; I execute the setup. I handle all your DIY decor so your bridal party doesn't have to sweat over centerpieces while getting ready.

    • The Digital Shield: I can manage the Bride's phone for the morning, responding to guest texts and calls so you can stay present and peaceful.

    Ceremony

    • Multi-Vendor Sentimental Oversight: I act as the bridge between your vision and your creative team (Photographer, Videographer, Content Creator, DJ, etc). I ensure every professional is briefed and ready to execute the specific, non-negotiable sentimental moments we identified during our planning sessions.

    • Couple’s Care & Nutrition: I ensure you actually eat. If the night gets busy, I coordinate with catering to pack your meals and all leftovers, ensuring they are secured in your vehicle or suite for later.

    Post-Ceremony

    • Secure Asset Handling: I take full responsibility for the card box, gifts, identified keepsakes, and signage, ensuring they get to your designated vehicle or safe room immediately.

    • Vendor Close-Out: I manage the final "heavy lifting"—handling tip envelopes, answering last-minute vendor questions, and overseeing the professional load-out.

    • The Final Sweep: I am the last to leave, ensuring the venue is cleared according to your contract so you aren't hit with unexpected fees.

  • The Day-Of Detail Expanded perfect for the couple who has most of their big day planned but can use some assistance. We begin working together 6 months prior to your big day.

    Includes all services listed in The Essentials Collection, plus:

    Pre-Ceremony

    • Expanded Event Coverage: Assistance with the management and execution of one additional event (Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Party, Farewell Brunch, etc.). I handle the setup and vendor management for this event, ensuring your vision is executed perfectly while you simply enjoy your guests.

    • Full Weekend Timeline Management: I integrate your secondary event into the master schedule, ensuring vendors and VIPs know exactly where to be for both events, not just the wedding day.

    • Double the "Flex": With the added complexity of a weekend event, I increase the "Make It Yours" Flex to include two total small tasks unique to your needs (dog walking, hotel check-in, coffee run, forgotten item run, etc.).

    Ceremony

    • Extended Memorabilia Concierge: I take responsibility for the card box, gifts, keepsakes, and signage from both your wedding and your additional event, ensuring they are safely transported to your designated vehicle or safe room each night.

    • Emotional Support & Conflict Resolution: Proactive mediation for family dynamics and "drama shielding" to keep stress away from the couple.

    • Travel Itinerary Management: Managing logistics for the couple and VIP guests (hotel blocks, shuttles, arrival times).

    • Budget Management Assistance: Assistance in documenting and reviewing your expenses so you can stay on top of your budget! 

    Ceremony

    • Triple the "Flex": I increase the "Make It Yours" Flex to include three additional small tasks unique to your needs (dog walking, hotel check-in, coffee run, forgotten item run, etc.).

    Post-Ceremony

    • Wedding Attire Preservation/Handoff: If you have an outfit change during your big day, I offer wedding dress transportation from the venue to your hotel and return any bride/groom rentals within a 20-mile radius of the venue.

    Ceremony

    • Unlimited "Flex": Unlimited flexible support throughout your wedding events. If it needs to happen for you to stay calm and present, consider it done. I handle the overwhelming little things so you can focus entirely on the big moment (dog walking, hotel check-in, coffee run, forgotten item run, etc.).
